This recipe is compliments of Chef Keidi’s Living SuperFoods Recipes


Here’s what you need:
2 cups soaked bulgur wheat 
1 cup freshly juiced carrot pulp
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1/3 cup chopped parsley
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/3 cup extra light virgin olive oil
1/2 cup to 1 cup organic only BBQ sauce (Annie’s brand)
1/4 cup carrot juice (from the juicer)
2 tbsp organic soy sauce (Tamari brand)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp curry powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper

Here’s what you do:
Soak bulgur wheat 6 to 8 hours in filtered water to cover the grains. Drain off any excess water. In large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and stir with wooden spoon. Garnish with a few sprigs of parsley.

This dish can be served in the same way that you would serve taco meat or sloppy joes. Goes great wrapped in tortillas (I recommend Ezekiel sprouted grains tortillas); wrapped in collard greens; or on top of a flatbread or whole grain cracker.
