Since our bodies are made up of 70% water, it goes without saying that water is crucial to our daily diet. It baffles me when I hear people say they don’t like water so they don’t drink it. What? It has no taste (or at least it shouldn’t) so what is there to like or not like? That’s like saying I don’t like oxygen, so I don’t breathe much. Sounds like I’m comparing apples to oranges, but I’m not. Water is just THAT important to achieve and sustain good health.
Did you know that water alone can cure migraines and chronic back pain? That’s right! Do your research. You’ll be surprised to find out just how DEhydrated your body stays. So forget those ads that say, “Got milk?” (Unless you want more cow pus in your body.) For optimum health, the real question should be, “Got water?”
