Here’s what you need:
1 cup soaked cashews, drained
1 large red pepper
1/2 cup water
2 Tbl nutritional yeast
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed
1 Tbl crushed Thai chili pepper
4 cloves of fresh garlic
1 Tbl onion powder
1 tsp sea salt

Here’ what you do:
Set aside a few slivers of red bell pepper and add all ingredients to a Vita mix or high speed blender and mix until perfectly smooth. Garnish with the bell pepper slivers.

Use as a dip or spoon over your favorite salad or side dish of veggies.
